Make NopAccelerate Case Insensitive

Hello,

Is there a way to make NopAccelerate ignore the case entered? We use the product tags to store OEM numbers. They are saved as lower case but sometimes a user will user upper case when entering it and it won't be found.

We have fixed this issue in our latest version of nopAccelerate plugin, But still we will check this.
