nopAccelerate CDN 4.00 break azure Web App (Website)

I installed the plugin, it work fine on my Dev localhost site, however installing it on the staging website on Azure it break the site, unistalling it an the website work fine, there is a severe issue with this version.

Hello sir ,
Have you enabled Administration>Configuration>Setting>General setting>JavaScript bundling and minification
and Administration>Configuration>Setting>General setting>CSS bundling and minification ? if any one of them is enabled please disable it and that would work.
