Different CDN for each store

On your feature page you state that your plugin:
"Supports nopCommerce Multi-Store features with ability to define different CDN URL for each store"

I'm running Nop 3.70 and do not have a store selector at the top of my NopCDN configure page.  How can I configure a different CDN for each store?
