Activating CDN Bundling and License Key

Hi Support, I finally got all my Css and Js files served from Azure edge CDN,  https://www.ehubcap.net/
however when I check the bundling on NopCommerce Administration, the styles disappear. Do I have to activate  bundles.UseCdn = true on Global.asax.cs or in the PageHeadBuilder.cs?
If it is already activate on the plugin, then what am I doing wrong?
BTW where the license should be applied, I don't see a placeholder where I could enter it

Hello Jose,

Please check that CDN endpoint on Azure has configured HTTPS Protocol.

Moreover,  go to nopAccelerate CDN plugin menu at admin end. At 1st time it shows license-key configuration page. If license-key already there in settings table then it doesn't shows license-key page instead it shows configure page.

Hi Chitra, I’m very happy that you finally contacted me again, I thought that being busy as you are out here, my issue would be relegated,I’m would like to pay for the installation, currently the site wont perform as expected once all the plugin features are activated.

2.  Downloaded the Nop Accelerate CDN Plugin and installed it as recommended
3.  Lowercased all the relative path to scripts and css
4.  Tested, working fine
5.  Activated the CDN plugin ( only the images selection and hostname works as expected) Css and Script break the pages layout
