Nop Themes folder excluded from CDN

Running Nop 3.30 and XcellenceIT.Plugin.CDN plugin 2.1, with MaxCDN.  Images, CSS, and JS files under the \Themes folder are not getting pulled by the CDN.  Content in other folders have been loaded into the CDN just fine.  Files in the Themes folders are oddly excluded.  Any idea why?

What was the resolution for this?  I am also getting the same symptom of themes folder excluded from CDN.  

using nop 3.5 and maxCDN.

Can you please elaborate more? Because I have checked it and load css files from CDN URL. Can you please give us some more details what actually you face?
