No configure link in the CDN plugin - FIXED

I have installed the CDN plugin as instructed in http://www.nopaccelerate.com/wiki/installing-configuring-nopaccelerate-cdn-plugin/ but when the Install step is completed no "configure" link is added. Only an option to uninstall.

Any thoughts on what may be wrong? I am running 2.80.

The Configure button is not located there, but instead available in the Admin Menu under Plugins Menu > nopAccelerate CDN.

The support document referred the older version of Plugin. However, we have also updated it today.
